It’s one among the constituent units of the Amrith educational and Cultural Society Bangalore. This institute started with the objectives of coaching the candidates to become competent nurses for 1st level positions in nursing. With this students give quality care in hospitals and to community and thereby contribute to health care of our country. This institute has been granted permission from Government of Karnataka and Indian Nursing council New Delhi.

AECS Maaruti College of Nursing Bangalore is approved by province Nursing Council, Karnataka and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. AECS is the group of Amrith educational and Cultural Society and Sri Bharathiya Vidyarthy Nilaya Education Society, Bangalore. The aim of the society is to bridge the rural students and urban student’s gap. It also insists to instill self esteem and sense of self confidence to all rural students in the way that they're equal in all ways with, respect to their urban counterpart in their career opportunities. A range of teaching and learning techniques is rapidly used to impart data and skills to the candidates within the numerous departments. It provides all standard facilities for students like good campus, classrooms, library, transport facility, sports lawn and good infrastructure etc. Library has a vast range of books collections, papers and journals for reference.
